SafeLink
SafeLink is a privacy-focused, voice-first platform designed to help women and girls affected by sexual harassment or gender-based violence find appropriate support and services safely and easily.
In many communities, especially rural and crisis-affected areas, people who experience violence may face barriers such as limited information about available services, distance, language and literacy challenges, stigma, and uncertainty about where to seek help. SafeLink addresses the information and navigation gap by connecting people with appropriate, verified support services.
Users can describe what they need through voice or text in supported local languages, including Amharic and Afaan Oromoo, and SafeLink guides them toward relevant services such as medical care, psychosocial support, legal assistance, shelters, and protection services.

SafeLink does not attempt to investigate incidents, determine whether someone is telling the truth, or replace qualified professionals. Instead, it serves as a bridge between people seeking help and existing support services.
Our goal is simple: make finding the right support easier, safer, and more accessible—especially for people who may have limited access to traditional services.
