Online Clearance System for University
ClearanceFlow is an online university clearance management system designed to simplify and digitize the traditional clearance process. Instead of students physically visiting different offices, they submit one clearance request through the system, which is then sent to the required departments such as the Library, Finance, Dormitory, Department, and Property Office. Each department reviews the student's records through its own dashboard and either approves the clearance or identifies an outstanding issue that the student needs to resolve. Students can track their clearance progress and receive notifications about pending actions. Once all required departments approve the request, it is forwarded to the Registrar for final verification. After approval, ClearanceFlow generates a digital clearance certificate that the student can download, while the system securely stores the clearance record and provides a way to verify the certificate using a unique number or QR code.
